Best Western Plus London Wembley Hotel ★★★

Conveniently located close to Wembley Central Station. The room was clean and fairly spacious. The bed was comfortable and the TV was excellent.

The pointless practice of asking for a £30 deposit.

The rooms are modern and nicely decorated with a good sized TV, but are very, very small. Don’t be fooled the Best Western Plus name. This is simply a budget version of the chain. To me the plus name is a poor choice. You don’t get anything extra and get considerably less than the standard BW’s. The word “plus” is misleading. Buffet breakfast was very poor. Little choice and did not look appetising at all. I opted to pay extra for a full cook breakfast to order. This was sligh expensive but was cooked well and was nice. The staff are a credit to the hotel. Dealt with issues quickly and professionally and were very friendly.

I love the hotel, its very neat, decent, at the heart of Wembley town. I had difficulty connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi. The staff are simply amazing.

The Wi-Fi connection was to rigorous

The staff was very polite and helpful. I was very happy with them. I wish the staff in every hotel would be as welcoming as they were.

The floor of the room was a bit dirty and for the price of the room I had expected that there would be slippers and separate shampoo, conditioner, and other hygiene articles.

Staff, particularly the Waiting Staff, were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Bed, large and very comfortable. Room not huge but adequate with very comfortable temp. (we stayed during one of the hottest weeks London was experiencing this summer) due to very efficient air conditioning unit. Breakfast great value for money - hadn't pre booked but after our first morning we ended up eating at hotel every morning of our stay, as choice and value for money were great.

I loved my quirky -2 floor room. The window with the fake Big Ben view was fab. Excellent air conditioning helped with the hot weather we were having at the time. 2 stations to choose from so I was in the city centre in no time. Lovely local shops as well as the designer outlet on hand. I will definitely stay again.

Nothing to complain about.

I recommend this hotel. My room and my bathroom were big and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I came to London to see a concert. You have to walk to the Wembley Stadium only 15 minutes. The bus and the underground station are nearby as well.

location, friendly staff, nice room

Staff are clearly racist. I was rudely told not to smoke illegal substances in the room from the first minute I approached the front desk. I then was like okay because I was never going to do that anyway. Then he’s telling me he needs my card to do a £30 deposit for the room. A deposit which I waited to see if some other guests had to pay and they didn't. The only other person I saw with a deposit on their room was also coloured. After asking if I need WiFi the man they said to me again if I smoke in the room he can charge my card £100s of pounds if I’m found smoking. He then proceeds to ask me for photo ID so he can take a copy, something I never saw him do to anyone else. Also later on that evening I get a knock on the door from the manager telling my partner to follow him upstairs because he’s received complaints about a substance coming from someone’s room. Obviously he comes into the room and can see and smell no substances there and had to apologise. But the treatment received at this hotel was disgusting.

I literally needed a gps to get to my room under ground. Everything is hard to find including breakfast . I just think it’s over priced for the quality and does not meet my expectations of a 4 star

Clean rooms, friendly staff, close to where we needed to go

An extra £10 to check in 45 mins early as we travelled a long way to get there. £30 charge incase we broke anything in the room but the price we paid said “includes taxes and charges” still had to pay but got it back at the end.

Room and bathroom was clean

Very poor customer service, rude and abrupt and could barely understand english. Had to stop breakfast being taken away mid mouthful. Room was fine but additional chairs prevented moving around the room, which was quite small to start with

The upgraded room was spacious.Large windows & good internet.

Decor wasn't the greatest and initially given a room that somebody was already in! The heater in the upgraded room also didnt work.

In a good location with a lot of facilities around

The staffs are not well trained on customers service and Payment policies. Hence can be rather misinformed on what services and information is been provided. And be sure to double check your receipt before existing the hotel

Close to Wembley Stadium and the Tube. Comfy beds and pillows. Good shower.

Traffic noise was loud, could do with further soundproofing in the rooms with windows. If you don’t lock your door to the room it beeps constantly! The air con wouldn’t turn on and room was too warm.

Clean room, comfortable bed

The room was very sparsely equipped. No side tables, no cupboard, not even a hanger for your shirt. No plug point for kettle on the table. As no bedside table, had to put it on the floor

It was modern and in a great location for Wembley Stadium

I booked a twin with a window but was given a double room in the basement with a window that was covered with insulation.

Been here multiple times a month good value usually like £34 if in advance, clean friendly staff and the assistant manager there is awesome. Really knows how to take care of customers thanks!!

Nothing to be honest for the money you usually pay its perfect, clean & comfortable

The look of the room was amazing for the price, it was a spacious room and the bed was extremely comfortable. The front of the hotel downstairs, the reception desk area looked amazing.

I was given a disabled toilet room which I did not want. I also had a special request of being able to extend the check out time but no one at the reception desk had spoken to me regarding that request.

Small rooms, expensive for quality of property

Breakfast not included in rate of £134.00 which I think is expensive for a hotel on the outside of London

Nice hotel, recently refurbished, got a free upgrade. Rooms decent size, good shower. Perfect for a one night stay. Very good value for money.

While reception staff was helpful and friendly, housekeeping could be a bit more discreet. If not sure if the guest vacated the room, would be better to check with reception rather then entering the room while guests are sleeping.
